We are just so excited to bring you our very first Collagen Latte here at Athella, we have given this fan favourite classic a twist, one that we have no doubt you will love as much as we do!
Chai of any kind is a favourite here at Athella, and even better when you can enjoy it hot or cold but what makes our Chai Latte truly special is that we have blended in our very own Athella Collagen.
Athella Collagen uses a combination of two bioactive collagen peptides from 100% pure grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine which are specially formulated to target hair, nail and skin health, while also helping to repair the gut. Enjoy our Collagen Chai Latte daily for a little extra boost of goodness your body loves!
What you need |
Plant Based or Dairy Milk
Blender ( We use our trusty Breville Blender)
Extra Chai for Topping
Method | Iced
Add 1 cup (250ml) to your blender and 1 heaped teaspoon of Chai Latte Blend. We always pop the milk in first as the powder can get stuck to the bottom, blend until nice and thick. If you don't have a blender just use a trusty whisk, it also does a great job.
Grab out your favourite glass, wet the rim only, add extra chai to a plate and dip the rim of your glass for a little extra chai goodness. Now fill your glass with ice cubes and pour, top with extra Chai Blend, cinnamon stick and you now have a perfect iced Chai Latte, with all the added health benefits of Collagen Peptides
Method | Hot
Add 1 cup (250ml) and 1 heaped teaspoon of Chai Collagen Blend, to your steamer or stove top in a pot. We always pop the milk in first as the powder can get stuck to the bottom. Heat to the desired temperature of your milk, this can vary with plant/dairy versions, we use a plant based so no heating over 45 degrees.
Steam until nice and thick, If you don't have a steamer, just use a trusty whisk, it also does a great job.
Grab out your favourite mug and pour in your Chai Latte, top with extra Chai Blend and cinnamon stick, you now have a perfect hot Collagen Chai Latte.
