To aid in alleviating menstrual and menopausal systems we recommend 2 - 3 cups of HARMONY a day. We also have to tell you, to get the most out of HARMONY we suggest a little more love and nurturing when it comes to brewing time. A peaceful 10 minutes allows our loose leaf to release their full, and beneficial flavour and to ensure you're getting the most out of the adaptogen herbs.

In a loose leaf tea strainer place 1 tsp, per 250ml tea cup.
